SHIPPING POLICY

MARKTHOMAS USA™ will ship all orders via standard ground services, such as FedEx or UPS.  Most purchases are shipped from our Texas warehouse and scheduled to arrive within 7-10 business days of placement of the order.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your tracking number updates online.  You will be notified by email if the item is currently out of stock.

MARKTHOMAS USA™ will make every effort to fulfill your request in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date.  Please contact us directly if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.

Please see the Returns Policy (below) for all shipping damage claims.  All orders will ship with a packing slip that does not include price information. An invoice of the purchased items can be sent electronically or included with the item upon request.

 

Unless requested by the customer, packages will be shipped without a signature required for delivery.

We offer flat rate standard shipping of $20.00 for retail orders totaling $150.00 or less.

We offer free shipping for retail orders with (pre-tax) totals over $150.00.

 

Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. We do not offer Saturday shipping. Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time when you place an order. All orders require a 100% payment.

SALES TAX

If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Texas, it will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax.
