RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, we will be glad to refund you within three weeks. A $20.00 restocking fee applies to all returns, and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our side.

Any item(s) for return must be sent back in original and unused condition with the original packaging. MARKTHOMAS USA™ reserves the right to deny any return.

Since every glass we deliver arrives in factory wrapped and unused condition, used glasses or glasses that have been unwrapped from their original tissue packaging cannot be returned. Please pack your return securely and include your packing slip or invoice.

Please understand that glasses that are returned with tissue paper that shows that the glass has been unwrapped and/or have been used will not be accepted under our return policy.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Damage claims for received merchandise must be made within 72 hours of a package’s arrival. Please inspect your glassware purchase immediately upon receipt, as claims for breakage will not be accepted after 72 hours. In order to process a damage claim, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
