MARKTHOMAS USA™ will ship all orders via standard ground services, such as FedEx or UPS. Most purchases are shipped from our Illinois warehouse and scheduled to arrive within 7-10 business days of placement of the order. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your tracking number updates online. You will be notified by email if the item is currently out of stock.
MARKTHOMAS USA™ will make every effort to fulfill your request in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date. Please contact us directly if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.
Please see the return policy for all shipping damage claims. All orders will ship with a packing slip that does not include price information. An invoice of the purchased items can be sent electronically or included with the item upon request.
Unless requested by the customer, packages will be shipped without a signature required for delivery.
We offer a flat rate standard shipping of $15.00 for retail orders under $175.00.
We offer free shipping for retail orders of $175.00 or more.
Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. We do not offer Saturday shipping. Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time when you place an order. All orders require a 100% payment.
If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Illinois, it will be subject to a 7.00% sales tax.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, we will be glad to refund you within three weeks. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our side.

Any item(s) for return must be sent back in original and unused condition with the original packaging. MARKTHOMAS USA™ reserves the right to deny any return.
Since every glass we deliver arrives in factory wrapped and unused condition, used glasses or glasses that have been unwrapped from their original tissue packaging cannot be returned. Please pack your return securely and include your packing slip or invoice.
Please understand that glasses that are returned with tissue paper that shows that the glass has been unwrapped and/or have been used will not be accepted under our return policy.
Damage claims for received merchandise must be made within 72 hours of a package’s arrival. Please inspect your glassware purchase immediately upon receipt, as claims for breakage will not be accepted after 72 hours. In order to process a damage claim, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
